No water? No problem.

NxStage makes home hemodialysis machines that are easily portable and the only ones approved in the U.S. to use pre-mixed bagged dialysate. Many people on dialysis are understandably afraid to stray far from their treatment, and their lives get smaller because of it. We wanted to give them the confidence to travel and live more freely, knowing their dialysis could come with them.

Peace of mind for when disaster strikes.

We discovered that when a storm is coming, a lot of dialysis patients don’t evacuate. Leaving means leaving their treatment center behind, so they stay put and hope for the best. NxStage gives them another option. The machine runs on pre-mixed bags instead of tap water and is small enough to pack, so treatment goes wherever they go. We wanted patients to know that before the next storm, so they’d feel safe leaving when it mattered.

Peace of mind for when disaster strikes.
